Donations are Final

Donations once made to Nicola Foundation are considered final and are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

No Cash Refunds

We do not provide cash or any other form of refund for contributions received, as they are immediately allocated to our projects.

In-Kind Donations

Any in-kind donations (such as goods or materials) are gratefully accepted and will be distributed directly to underserved communities.

Use of Funds

All funds received will be utilized for community development, education, and empowerment initiatives in line with our mission.
