At Nicola Foundation, empowering women is at the core of our mission. We believe that when women are equipped with skills, confidence, and economic independence, they create lasting impact for their families and communities.

Our Women Empowerment Programme is tailored to support women from underprivileged, rural, and marginalised backgrounds, enabling them to become first-generation income earners, entrepreneurs, and role models.

🌱 From rural tailoring classrooms to digital marketing studios, Nicola Foundation continues to build pathways for women to thrive with dignity and self-worth.

We currently operate dedicated women-focused training programmes across Chennai, Madurai, Nilakottai and nearby regions.

All courses are delivered in safe, inclusive, and community-based environments, with flexible timings that support women’s household responsibilities. Programmes are offered free of cost, in partnership with CSR sponsors and various government stakeholders.
