Skill Development for Livelihoods

Our skill training centres across Chennai, Madurai, Nilakottai and other locations offer courses in automotive, power, apparel, beauty & wellness and media. These courses are aligned with industry needs and are delivered in partnership with NSDC, NABARD and other CSR and government partners.

Women-Centric Training & Entrepreneurship Support

Through targeted programs in tailoring, beauty & wellness and digital media, we support women-headed households and first-time earners to gain confidence and economic independence. Many have gone on to start micro-businesses or secure formal employment.

Disaster Relief & Community Resilience

Nicola Foundation has delivered timely relief during floods, pandemics and other crises. Our response includes food and essentials distribution, awareness drives and long-term rehabilitation plans to help communities recover and rebuild.

Inclusive Skilling for Persons with Disabilities

We offer accessible training programs designed to accommodate the needs of persons with disabilities. By ensuring barrier-free learning environments and tailored support, we promote their inclusion in the mainstream workforce.
